Is it OK to go out to eat when I’m trying to eat healthy?

going out to eat

Yes, it is OK to go out to eat when you are trying to eat healthy or even when you’re also trying to lose weight. Going out to eat does not have to derail any kind of progress or anything at all. In fact, there are plenty of ““ healthy options when you go out to eat, but also at the same time you don’t need to choose the most healthy option because if you’re going out to eat chances, are you want something that tastes really good that you might not be making it home and so if you want a really good meal and I think you should order it because life is short and in the grand scheme of things one meal is not gonna do absolutely anything to you.

It is when you starve yourself and you kind of go a little excess on the one meal and then you kind of can’t stop yourself after that that is an indicator of a much bigger problem, and that means that you are under eating, and so if you were under eating and maybe you don’t know it and you go out to eat and then after that after a big meal, you find yourself just absolutely ravenous and you can’t stop eating after kind of you know letting loose for once.

Then that directly tells me that you were not eating enough and you are ravenous because your body needs more food on a daily basis. Let me say that again if you are really ravenous at any point that means you are not eating enough on a daily basis or maybe you skipped a mule and you were just absolutely so hungry you can’t stop yourself from eating. That is a problem.

Going out to eat is not the issue- it’s under eating

If going out to eat is giving you anxiety then that means you are taking your dieting way too seriously. I understand that eating healthy and maintaining a healthy weight is important to you and I think that is amazing. That is important to me as well I wanna make sure that I’m eating well and I am maintaining a really good body not just for me but because I like the way that I look when I’m a leaner and so I promise you I completely understand what I am trying to say is that going out to eat and making choices it is a lifestyle that you are not adhering to, but you were enjoying so you should always be making meals that you enjoy.

It should not be all these bro meals at home because then when you go out to eat, it’s gonna be like you’re automatically gonna think that going out to eat is just terrible for you because you’re making bro meals. There are plenty of healthy meals that you can make it home that are just to take a little bit more effort, but there are plenty good for you and just because something has a lot of fat or a lot of sodium does not mean that it’s bad for you and let me clarify when I say a lot of sodium the 2000 mg of sodium in one meal is way too much that is just loaded with salt and that is when it gets to be not good for you, but there are just some like soups and such like a lot of Asian dishes that just end up having more sodium because several like ingredients in the dish have more sodium and so if you know you’re gonna be having an Asian dish with a lot of salt or sodium then you can just make sure that you drink a lot of water and your hot come you’re properly hydrating yourself

So I don’t ever wanna hear anybody saying that they’re going out for a cheap meal when they go out to eat because going out to eat does not mean that you’re having a cheap meal there is no such thing as a cheap meal. You can fit everything into your health goals and your nutrition goals you just have to be into the idea that you were eating to fill yourself and enjoy what you’re eating and so as long as you’re looking at it through the lens of making sure that you’re fueling yourself properly and enjoying what you eat, you’re gonna make less mistakes and you’re gonna feel less bad about what you’re eating and where you’re eating whether it be at home or going out to eat.

Life is too short, and God intended us to live this life abundantly, which includes eating the wonderful food and cuisines and dishes that he has given us so please enjoy every meal that you have and do not regret it because this life is a marathon, not a sprint it is about the everyday decisions that you make not one singular meal choice.
