This is my honest unbiased unpaid review of the Lululemon fast and free shorts.

I will start this off by saying that I was able to use my husband‘s AMEX credits to buy these little shorts so technically I didn’t pay any money. My husband is in the military so he got the AMEX card for free so he didn’t even pay the yearly fee for the card. We didn’t pay for these shorts at all whatsoever however I did buy them of my own free will and because I wanted them because they’re super cute and I got this really cool purple color that I love. I absolutely love it. It is the perfect purple color because purple is my favorite color and it’s not an ugly shade of purple. It’s a beautiful shade of purple.

First off, these shorts have become a very very popular style in the last year. They’re super cute and flattering and I thought maybe that they were a little bit too short. I think it is a 3 1/2 inch inseam, so I thought maybe it was going to be a little bit too short for me because I have thick thighs and shorts like to ride up. Then my thighs chafe and it’s really irritating and uncomfortable and so I was skeptical. However, because I knew I was getting these shorts for free, I was just going to get them because I thought they were cute.

Fast-forward to today. I got them in the mail and was super happy with the color in person as well. I got an extra small. I am 5”2 and around 110 lbs. Lululemon did away with her number sizing just because it’s so confusing and like it was not very good for my mental health at least because it made you feel like you’re fat if you were a normal sized human being.

These shorts have the slit like all the way up to the top. If it’s windy then you are gonna be showing people the matching colored panties that come with the Lululemon shorts. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but I just want to make sure that you guys know that.

For walks, which is mainly what I’ve been doing the last couple of weeks while wearing them, they don’t ride up and they’re super comfortable. Super cute. I love wearing them and they’re pretty much everything I hoped for and imagined.

These are going to have to be in my walking lounging shorts because they do chafe. I very much dislike it when shorts chafe and ride up and are uncomfortable and so I’m going have to come back in a couple of weeks and finish this because I need to be able to provide you guys an honest review of these shorts and how they fit and how they actually work on a regular human being with thick thighs.

It’s been a few months now. I still love the look of these shorts. As a short, thick-thighed girl, I feel really pretty in these shorts and have more confidence.

However, they do ride up so bad. I don’t mind it if I’m not super sweaty because then my thighs don’t stick together so bad. If it is hot and humid out though, it is annoying.

I have changed my mindset a little about the chafing because unless I want to wear plastic hugging my skin, wearing loose shorts is the next best thing. It’s okay if my legs chafe. I don’t have to be mad about it. And I don’t want you to be mad about it either. I want you to get the shorts you feel beautiful in and run, walk, jog, lounge in them and love it.

With love,

Maya
