It’s about consistency. Work hard each and every day.

In so many ways consistency is so generalized because no matter what you’re doing the consistency aspect of what you’re working on is so important, but it becomes especially important when you’re doing hard or difficult things.
Life is not easy, and there are so many different challenges that are going to be coming your way. If you can prove to be consistent with your hard work, then the effort that you put in is going to see much better results than if you give up and consistently start over. It’s not about being perfect for the plan that you have.
It’s about just consistently showing up every single day even if that’s not at 100%, even if that’s half the workout that you planned or half of whatever you’ve planned- if you’ve shown up and you’ve done one thing then that counts for the day A lot of people get hung up on thinking that if they didn’t get their entire plan done for the day, work out for the day, errands for the day then the day is a total washup, but it is not and I think that that is an all or nothing mentality in mindset and that it is so harmful for everybody.
Being able to show up and do something is better than nothing and people forget that and that’s really harmful and people need to stop that
One workout is better than no workout
One load of laundry is better than no loads of laundry
One errand is better than no errands
One meal at home is better than no meals at home
Don’t throw in the towel when it gets hard or you feel like you failed.
If you show up with any amount of consistency over a long period of time, you’re going to see results and you’re just overall going to feel better. Don't be a perfectionist, accept the fact that you are human and imperfect.
The Lord has given you gifts and put people in your life that have other gifts and accept people‘s help in your life, and confide in one another, ask for prayer, and just overall do life with other people because doing it alone is not fun.
Doing life with other people is also how you’re going to stay accountable with doing something rather than nothing and throwing in the towel
It’s about consistency. It’s not about being 100% every single day because that’s never going to happen.
Put in the work today and tomorrow and the next day and the next day.
