Why is swimming such good exercise?


Swimming is such a good exercise for so many reasons because it’s a full body workout. It increases your stamina in your cardiovascular health, easy on your joints and it’s just plain fun!


For a long time, swimming has been used as a form of exercise for so many people of all different backgrounds. It’s because they know swimming is a really good form of exercise. 


People have been swimming since 10,000 years ago , which is a long time ago, but it goes to show that for a very long time. It has been obvious to people that they should be swimming. 


Something that a lot of people don’t know about something is that it is a really good way to clear your head and just not think about things for a little while. And even if you are thinking about things, it just doesn’t seem this daunting or as difficult because swimming is so refreshing and so good for boosting your mood.


Swimming is such good exercise because of how easy it is to get into and how affordable it is to start. It’s not like other sports where you have to purchase a lot of equipment or high-end equipment in order to make sure that you don’t hurt yourself. It is important to know how to swim and swim with proper form so you can read any of these blog posts to really understand how to swim better. 


Swimming is good at exercise because of how fun it is and easy it is to get into and it’s also such low impact that there is typically no worry of injury. If you enjoy swimming or think you would enjoy swimming- that is why it is good exercise!
