What to eat before a swim workout?
The things that you’re going to want to eat before a swim, is very similar to what you’re gonna eat before a typical workout or a run. The only difference is that you are horizontal so the way that your food is digested and you know the likelihood that maybe it’s gonna wanna come up it’s a little bit higher, especially if you eat too much or something. That’s really high in acidity.. so that’s why it’s important to make sure that you’re paying attention to what you’re eating before some work out
Why does it matter what I eat before a swim workout?
Like I mentioned in the paragraph before it is important and it does matter what you eat before a swim workout because if you eat too much then your stomach‘s gonna be so full and you’re gonna be horizontal and you’re gonna wanna puke up whatever you just ate and that is no good. There’s so many. On another note if you eat something that is too high in acidity you’re also gonna like be burping up a storm in the pool and that’s no good too because you could also potentially throw that up as well.
Does it matter the timing of my snack or meal before a swim workout?
Yes, for the aforementioned reasons of if you eat too much or something that is high in acidity too close to before a summer workout then you’re gonna potentially wanna burp it up or throw it up or your stomach is just gonna feel not good because your horizontal

If you don’t have a lot of time before swim workout, these are the best things to eat before a swim workout:
Banana
Orange
Small bowl of oatmeal
Toast
Protein bar

Smoothie with protein and healthy fat
Bowl of oatmeal with peanut butter
Banana and peanut butter
