Do I really need to eat healthy?

Do you really need to eat healthy? That is an age old question that is really important to answer because spoiler alert: The answer is yes!
It is so important to eat healthy and eat a balanced diet because our bodies are our temples and if we do not treat it right, then our bodies will not treat us right. We will start to ache and have health issues much younger than we should. If we do not take care of our bodies and eat good and well balanced food then they’re gonna be so many issues that are gonna pop up as we age and not just as we age, but as we’re younger as well.
The #1 reason why you should eat healthy is because you’re going to age better and slower than if you did not eat healthy.
The #2 reason you should eat healthy is because you’re going to feel great on a daily basis.
I want to be clear when I say eating healthy. I do not mean that you’re taking out all desserts or any kind of food that is not super nutritious. I think there is a time in place for every food and all the foods that you enjoy other than the highly processed ones I think that if you have a choice between buying a dessert at the store that is so highly processed versus buying it at a local bakery, where you know all the ingredients that they use was in their bakery pantry then the bakery pantry option is so much better and it’s even better if you made it at home yourself because then you’ve also had fun baking.
